Clubs don't sign themselves up. There are two ways into the CSC-PASS directory, and we set both of them up for you.

Route 1 · Included
Your directory listing is included in your CSC-OS licence at no extra charge. When your installation connects to CSC System, your club is listed and your portal access is created automatically.
Route 2 · Paid listing
Clubs without CSC-OS can still appear in the directory on a paid listing. We set these up manually after a short conversation — there is no online signup and no self-service checkout.
Tell us about your club and which route suits you. If you're taking a CSC-OS licence, that covers the listing.
We confirm the club is real, operating and eligible before anything goes live. Nothing appears in the directory unverified.
We set up your club and its portal account, and send the activation link to your nominated email address.
Sign in to the club portal, add your description, address, opening hours and photos, then submit the listing for review.
Once approved, your club appears in the CSC-PASS directory and members can find and follow it.
No. Every club is verified before it is listed, so registration goes through us. It keeps the directory trustworthy for members.
Yes. For as long as you hold a CSC-OS licence, the directory listing is included at no extra charge and your portal access comes with it.
It's an annual fee. Get in touch and we'll confirm the current rate and invoice you directly.
No. Any listed club can publish announcements and events from the club portal in a browser. CSC-OS adds door verification and the full club management system.
No. CSC System holds membership, credential and listing records only. Sales, stock and accounting stay on your own machine.
