CSC-PASS is the central membership and credential control plane for participating clubs. It verifies the member relationship and provides a single credential for use across connected CSCs.

Club operations, accounting, stock, payment processing, and member documents remain local to each club's own CSC-OS environment. CSC-PASS does not centralize or replicate operational club data.
